Information shown on this site, or submitted to this site will be treated in the strictest confidence. However, Flowers McEwan cannot be held responsible for data lost as a result of unauthorised persons gaining access to your login details, so please keep these safe at all times. Valuations and other plan information
The purpose of the portfolio information shown on our Client Portal is to provide you with a basic idea of the value of your portfolio’s value and make up.
Information from the Flowers McEwan client management system will be uploaded on a regular basis to Client Portal. However where details of the plans we hold on the client management system require to be manually update by us, we cannot guarantee that the information shown will match that held by product providers. In most cases this will be self-evident as the date that units or prices were last updated will be at some point in the past.
In some cases, the prices of investments on our system may be overridden by daily automatic price feeds but the number of units may need to be manually entered by us (e.g. where the plan receives regular payments or provides regular withdrawals, which result in a change in the numbers of units). Here the plan value may look up-to-date but still require to be manually updated.
If you require a definitive accurate valuation of any of your plans or your portfolio as a whole, then please request this from us.
Changes to your personal details
These may be submitted using via Client Portal but will not take effect until you have confirmed the changes (when you log out), then we have verified them. This can take up to 7 days to be processed. In some cases providers will require further written confirmation of your change of details (e.g. for a change of address). We will notify you of this if it is required.
